How are messages charged?
Plan prices cover the platform (inbox, features, support). Messages are charged separately via one of two methods:
All-Inclusive: One fixed PKR rate per message (Marketing Rs. 18.50, Utility Rs. 4.00, Auth Rs. 4.00, Service Free). We handle Meta billing for you. No USD conversion needed.
Separate: You pay Meta directly at their official USD rates through your own WhatsApp Business account. We charge zero markup. Full cost visibility.
Do you add markup on top of Meta's rates?
No. We pass through Meta's official per-message rates at cost. Many competitors add 10-20% markup that only appears on invoices. We believe in transparent pricing.
What are the four message types?
Marketing: Promotional messages such as campaigns, offers, and product recommendations.
Utility: Helpful updates such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and reminders. Free when sent inside an open service window.
Authentication: OTPs and verification messages for login, signup, or secure actions.
Service: Your replies to customer messages within a 24-hour window. Always free.
Can I add AI chatbot to a Starter or Growth plan?
Yes. The AI Chatbot add-on ($19/mo for 5,000 responses) works with any plan. The Business plan includes 10,000 AI responses at no extra cost.
What happens if my wallet balance runs out?
You can top up your wallet at any time. Messages will not be sent if your balance reaches zero, but you will receive low-balance alerts well before that happens.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount on the monthly platform fee. You pay for 12 months upfront. Message credits still refresh monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer and bank transfer for USD platform billing. If you use the all-inclusive message model in PKR, local bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa are also available. All plans are prepaid.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No refunds on downgrades.
