Getting a good result at 200 KB

A 200 KB ceiling is small enough that dimensions usually matter more than quality settings. The tool reduces quality first, and when that alone will not fit, it steps the width and height down gradually rather than crushing the image. For photographs of a person or a document that is normally invisible on screen. If your form allows more, try 300 KB or 500 KB for a noticeably crisper file.
