Why this is different from a quality slider

Most compressors ask you to guess a quality percentage and then hope the result is small enough. This one works backwards from your target. It tries a range of quality settings, keeps the best one that still fits your limit, and only reduces the dimensions if quality alone cannot get there. You get the sharpest file that satisfies the limit rather than a needlessly damaged one.
